Voss Cadillac part of the respected Voss Auto Network is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our service team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and detail-oriented administrative work. Youll be the welcoming face of our service department while also managing accurate and timely warranty claim submissions.

Responsibilities:
Cashier/Receptionist Duties:
Greet customers in a friendly professional manner
Accurately process payments for service parts and sales transactions
Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports
Answer and direct phone calls as needed
Maintain a clean organized cashier and front desk area
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries
Qualifications:
Prior cashier or receptionist experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have a valid license
