Job Description:
The Customer Support Specialist role is an entry-level full-time position on the Promoboxx Customer Support Team. The primary responsibilities include monitoring inbound emails voicemails and live chats becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform conducting 1:1 platform training and supporting our internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties.
This is an entry-level role and Support Team members are meant to pursue growth within the company. Aspiring Onboarding/Implementation Specialists or Customer Success Managers would be ideal fits for this role.
