We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and collaborative Supply Chain Product Lead to join our supply chain team as part of a 6-month secondment. This role is responsible for developing and executing end to end supply chain plans for the successful launch of new products. They will act as a central point of coordination between supply chain tech ops procurement quality and commercial teams to ensure that all readiness activities are aligned to launch timelines.
What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Project manage detailed NPI supply plans from early development through commercial launch including materials planning production scheduling and capacity planning
Serve as the supply chain lead on cross-functional NPI project teams providing input on timelines risks and supply readiness
Maintain visibility of critical path milestones launch requirements and supply chain deliverables
Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply plan and develop mitigation strategies to ensure launch readiness
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on NPI progress risks and key performance indicators
Support investigations in relation to SAP and material issues
Support supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support audit readiness

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of
relevant experience.
Experience in managing new product introductions or complex project planning across cross-functional teams
Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of cGMP regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical product lifecycle management
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
APICS or similar certification
Experience with tech transfers clinical to commercial transitions or launch planning
Familiarity with global supply chain operations and regulatory submission timelines
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 30lbs stand for 2 to 3 hours at a time sit for 2 to 3 hours at a time walk long distances and bend to obtain items from lower shelving/cabinets.

Intellectual capability to perform complex mathematical problems and perform complex data analysis.

Work schedule is standard days shift; may include a few nights or weekend days for start-up of the facility
