Aeroflow Health Manager Payor Relations Northern Region (Remote)

As Aeroflow has expanded our need for strong leadership in managed care operations has grown with it. To support our national payer strategy and rapid market expansion were splitting the country into two regionsNorth and Southand adding a new leadership role to oversee the Northern Region.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Manager Payor Relations Northern Region to lead and grow our payer strategy across multiple states. This is more than a traditional management positionits an opportunity to lead with vision build scalable systems and coach a growing team within one of Aeroflows fastest-moving departments.
This person will manage a team of three (our Northern crew) and work closely with the Southern Manager Paul Howell who leads the Southern team. Paul previously served in this role himself and brings strong people leadership and process-minded structure. Were looking for someone who can complement that stylesomeone who can bring accountability structure and coaching while still jumping into the work as needed.
