Business Development Manager Freight Forwarding
Locations: Jeddah Riyadh & Dammam

The Opportunity:
A leading global freight forwarding and logistics company is expanding operations in Saudi Arabia and is looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to spearhead growth across general cargo and multimodal forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (airfreight seafreight land transport and breakbulk).
  • Generate leads contact decision-makers and manage the entire sales cycle from quoting to closing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local companies including EPCs and industrial clients.
  • Lead RFQ and bid processes pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyze client profitability and ensure timely payments and complaint resolution.
  • Contribute to company strategy developing outbound sales approaches and best practices.

Your Background:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong portfolio in general cargo and multimodal forwarding.
  • Proven ability in cold calling quoting and client acquisition.
  • Strong network with local Saudi companies and industrial sectors.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in complex negotiations.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
