Graduate Teaching Assistant What we are looking for:
A 1:1 degree from a top 20 UK university is essential
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve it
Strong behaviour management skills
Confident and supportive personality especially with SEND students
Creative proactive and a flexible approach to daily challenges
Team player with excellent communication skills including with parents
Passion for education with a desire to progress into Teacher Training
Graduate Teaching Assistant Your role will involve:
Supporting the class teacher in a large and dynamic school environment
Working with pupils to ensure progress and attainment
Following the curriculum effectively to support learning outcomes
Building positive relationships with staff pupils and families
Focusing on inclusion and development of all learners
