We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Lister to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in Eastbourne.

- Leading managing and motivating the sales team

- Building strong relationships with clients
- Providing outstanding customer service and guidance
- Representing the agency in valuations across all price ranges

- Strong background in residential estate agency
- Proven listing/valuation experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven with a winning mindset
- High standard of customer service
- Professional self-motivated and well-presented
- Knowledge of the Eastbourne area advantageous
- Full UK driving license required
