The Role:

As the IS Systems Manager youll oversee our organizations information systems infrastructurenetworks servers desktops telephony and more. Youll ensure high performance availability and security while guiding a talented team of system administrators network engineers and support specialists. This role reports directly to the Vice President of IS and plays a vital role in aligning technology with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Lead the design implementation and maintenance of enterprise network server and telephony systems across cloud virtual and on-premises environments.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high performing IS team manage escalations and set operational standards.
• Vendor & Project Oversight: Manage vendor relationships contracts and ensure successful project execution.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems meet evolving business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation improve system efficiency and position our infrastructure for future growth.

Additional Skills:

• Occasional on-call support outside business hours
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 34 lbs)
• Commitment to data confidentiality and system security

The Successful Candidate will bring:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience (minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure roles).
• Experience managing enterprise networks servers and IT operations.
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server Linux Active Directory VMware cloud services (Azure/AWS) and network security.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls VPNs wireless networks and VoIP phone systems.
• Project management experience with knowledge of ITIL Agile or PMP methodologies preferred.
