Job Summary:
Jet Access is seeking a Maintenance Sales Director to be part of our growing family first organization. You would be responsible for selling routine scheduled and project maintenance on a variety of aircraft models. This is a position that requires an outgoing energetic person to make outbound calls who is motivated to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clientele.
Core Schedule:
- Core schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- On call or evening/weekend/holiday hours may be required for various incidents events and initiatives.
Compensation Package:
- Incentives based on the Maintenance Sales Director Variable Compensation Structure which includes competitive commission structure and bi-weekly structured payments.
Day in the Life:
- Providing clientele with a friendly personalized service experience establishing a relationship that will make the customers feel appreciated and eager to schedule maintenance with us in the future
- Maintenance and project sales to different aircraft makes and models
- Complete outbound sales calls follow up and create quotes while working with the maintenance facilities to efficiently schedule maintenance events
- Create new maintain current client/prospects relationships
- Serve as a brand ambassador and promote the Jet Access family of companies brand(s) and locations
- Attend and assist with marketing and related trade shows and events
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support business growth and change
- Other duties as assigned
What will make you successful:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 3 years aircraft maintenance and project sales
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products including Outlook Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Preference given to candidates with experience in aviation or travel services
- Able to maintain and keep secure confidential protected information
- Effective at organizing planning and prioritizing work with multiple and changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious self-starter with a mature outlook
- Proven ability to operate independently and achieve results
- Enthusiastic committed and conscientious.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
- Professional well spoken and comfortable speaking to Team Members clients owners vendors and guests from all demographics
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Some travel up to approximately 25%
