Job Description
As a CSR at Ray Brandt Collision you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service managing incoming calls and assisting customers through the repair process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our services.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally both in person and on the phone.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs.
- Assist customers in understanding repair estimates and the insurance claims process.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding vehicle repairs or services.
- Communicate effectively with technicians insurance providers and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress.
- Ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Handle payments and process transactions as needed.
- Assist with general office duties including filing and data entry.
