General:
EMMEGI Heat Exchangers Inc. is based in Phoenix AZ. The parent company EMMEGI SpA is based in Milan Italy. EMMEGI Heat Exchangers Inc.s goal is to expand our customer base with distributors and support every distributor with the best customer service available.
Description:
Sales Manager with Hydraulic Components and Systems knowledge. Experience with Engine Cooling Systems and Hydraulic Systems required. Increase sales gain market share through existing customer base while building relationships with potential prospects in the industry. Profitable sale growth while exceeding company expectations. Develop market strategies and support additional projects as needed. Reports to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering Sales or Related field
- Technical degree (2 yr) and Fluid Power Certification or the ability to obtain CFPHS within a year of employment
- Experience with Heat Exchangers desired
- Working knowledge and experience with Industrial and Mobile Hydraulic Systems and schematics
- Must have experience reading and understanding Hydraulic Circuitry
- Must have general knowledge of Hydraulic Components
- Knowledge of Engines and Engine Cooling Systems is desired
- A record of successful sales achievements
- Valid drivers license
- US Passport
Responsibilities:
- Set up new distributors and OEM customers promoting growth
- Design and apply Heat Exchangers to customer requirements
- Provide Distributor Training
- Develop sales plan with after sales service
- Use communication both verbal and written skills to network with customers to identify sales opportunities
- Must be willing to extensively travel (30%-50%) across the US and Western Canada. Possible other international travel as needed
Base Pay Range:
- $100000 bonus potential based on experience
