Job Summary
Courtyard by Marriott - Tri-Cities Airport is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience crafting both classic and innovative beverages and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly professional manner
- Take and serve beverage and food orders at the bar and dining tables
- Mix and serve drinks and cocktails in accordance with brand standards and guest preferences
- Manage bar setup and ensure bar is fully stocked with tools mixers glassware and inventory
- Prepare inventory reports and purchase requisitions to replenish supplies as needed
- Serve food and snacks at the bar and to tables ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus promotions and hotel offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and dining areas including sweeping mopping and sanitizing surfaces and glassware
- Guide guests on hotel amenities local dining and area attractions
- Work collaboratively with the on-shift cook to ensure smooth operations and superior guest service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess or obtain all applicable state and local alcohol service certifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation and team spirit
