Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned area including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Must have demonstrated leadership communication (oral and written) self-initiative and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized efficient and able to work independently.
- Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member take direction from others and initiate and manage projects.
- Experience with spreadsheet preparation data collection/management/analysis and creation of graphs/charts and presentation slides. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft OneNote is required.
