About Your Role

You will serve as a ServiceNow product evangelist to drive awareness adoption and innovation around the ServiceNow platform across Fiservs FedRAMP Government divisions. You will also collaborate and influence enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives. By leveraging your strategic communication and hands-on technical skills you will be the internal and external champion for ServiceNow helping teams across Fiserv unlock the platforms full potential to streamline operations enhance service delivery and accelerate digital transformation.

What youll do:

• Promote the strategic value of ServiceNow across Fiservs business units aligning platform capabilities with enterprise goals in ITSM Enterprise Architecture Automated Testing and beyond
• Collaborate with product owners developers and business stakeholders to increase platform utilization and maturity across the organization
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform platform enhancements and influence the ServiceNow roadmap
• Develop and deliver presentations demos and enablement materials tailored to both technical and executive audiences
• Use your results-driven mindset to prioritize impact solve problems and drive measurable outcomes for the business

Experience youll need to have:

• 4 years of experience in a technical role with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT operations product and executive teams
• 3 years of ServiceNow experience including implementation configuration and platform strategy
• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM APM/Enterprise Architecture Performance/Platform Analytics ATF etc.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling narratives
• ServiceNow certifications a plus
• Familiarity with scripting integrations and platform architecture
• Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments

• Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech this role is on-site Monday through Friday
• This role may require being available for occasional off-hours work
• This role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidays
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment

Travel:

• Approximately 5% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
