As a Senior Group Infrastructure Specialist youll become a vital member of the Identity and Collaboration Team acting as a technical authority on Microsoft Entra ID and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 and Atlassian. This role is hands-on and strategic driving platform optimization advancing automation efforts and influencing the infrastructure roadmap in alignment with security and architectural standards. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders cloud engineers and project teams to shape a resilient efficient and future-ready digital workspace across global markets.

Recruitment process:
- Introductory call with a recruiter (30 min)

- Final interview with the Identity & Collaboration Lead (45 min)
Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Technical Expertise
- Act as SME for Entra ID driving secure identity and access management initiatives.
- Oversee the configuration and support of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
- Implement a forward-thinking roadmap for identity and collaboration systems.
Automation & Service Improvement
- Leverage scripting and IaC tools (e.g. PowerShell Azure) to automate and enhance system efficiency.
- Proactively resolve technical debt and mitigate security risks within the infrastructure.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet infrastructure goals on time and within budget.
- Support project transitions from development to operations with minimal disruption.
Documentation & Training
- Produce high-quality documentation and knowledge materials for team development and platform clarity.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency
- 6 years in IT including 4 years in infrastructure within multi-market environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID M365 Atlassian and Windows system administration.
- Advanced scripting skills and experience with Azure and DevOps automation tools.
Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex infrastructure challenges independently.
- Strategic contributor to long-term identity and collaboration planning.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and vendors in a responsive solution-oriented manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology.
- Certifications in M365 Azure Atlassian.
- ITIL or Agile/Scrum experience.
