Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* End to end operations. (Customer interaction feedback survey etc.)
* Assist in user research competitor analysis and gathering insights from student feedback.
* Support the planning and documentation of new features enhancements and product flows.
* Help create wireframes mockups and product requirement documents (PRDs).
* Coordinate with Design Tech Sales and Support teams for feature rollouts and testing.
* Conduct quality checks and prepare test cases for new releases.
* Monitor product performance using analytics tools and generate actionable reports.
* Stay updated on Ed-Tech and FinTech trends suggesting ideas to improve user engagement.
