As a Welcome Host you will be a key member of the front-of-house team responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to occupiers and visitors. You will serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of the building and its community.Job Description
Acting as a vital representative of the client youll be instrumental in creating positive first and lasting impressions. Youll provide a warm welcome at the front desk assist with queries and ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Youll also be visible throughout communal areas engaging proactively with occupiers and their guests.
Build and maintain positive relationships with occupiers visitors suppliers and the client. Support the GSS team in planning and delivering initiatives to enliven shared spaces.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and maintain excellent presentation standards in communal areas. Be proactive responsive and solution-focused.
Develop and deliver communications (e.g. newsletters marketing materials) that inform and engage occupiers about updates initiatives and events.
Assist guests with services such as restaurant bookings and travel arrangements.
Adhere to Cushman & Wakefields health and safety security and access procedures. Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the FOH or Building Management team.
Provide regular reports including post-event reviews service improvements and ad hoc updates as requested.
Strong command of spoken and written English (required).
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role ideally within a similar environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Passionate about creating exceptional occupier and guest experiences.
Organised proactive and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
Committed to upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
