Job Description
We are looking for a summer intern to work in Storebrand Asset Management UK (London office) during an 8-week period from July to August. You will support our UK client service institutional and distribution sales teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the asset management industry focusing on client relationships sales activities and operational processes. You will gain exposure to wholesale and institutional asset management and sustainable investing making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in these areas.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials including presentations reports and marketing documents
Support the completion of internal components of RFPs DDQs and other investor questionnaires
Help maintain accurate records in CRM systems ensuring data quality and tracking of sales activity
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. marketing operations compliance) to gather materials for client deliverables
Support the tracking and analysis of sales pipeline activity and market engagement
Conduct background research on wholesale clients institutional investors consultants and market trends
Assist with internal reporting meeting preparation and documentation of sales activities
Provide general administrative support to the UK wholesale and institutional teams as needed
Who are you
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in investment management sales and sustainability. Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English are essential as well as being organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint Excel and Outlook). You thrive in working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior internship or academic exposure to finance economics or related fields is preferred.
