About the role

As a Chapter Lead (Full-Stack Capture & Workflow) you are responsible for developing world-class capability within your Full-Stack chapter. You will provide strategic and technical leadership in document capture workflow and content management ensuring the team delivers efficient and scalable solutions. Bringing deep domain expertise you will coach mentor and develop your chapter members fostering capabilities across business process automation and system integration.

What youll do

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers providing technical direction and best practices
  • Recruit mentor and retain Chapter members supporting career growth and performance management
  • Drive team performance to meet strategic goals targets and budget requirements
  • Enable continuous delivery and automation practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency
  • Works with cross functional team members to deliver low latency platforms and services
  • Provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management

What youll bring

  • 8 years in technology including 4 years in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to develop coach and engage technology professionals
  • Expertise in Java Spring Boot and client-side technologies such as React JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with cloud development including AWS/Lamdba
  • Solid understanding of TDD including JUnit and mocking frameworks
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices (Gradle/Maven Jenkins) and version control (Git)
