Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologist

What Youll Do
Maintain a Diverse Caseload
- Work with children and families across various life stages and diagnoses.
- Deliver therapy in clinic home school or community settings with clients funded by NDIS HCP Medicare DVA or CHSP.
- Tailor your caseload to align with your unique interests and professional goals.
Promote Clinical Excellence
- Collaborate on innovative therapy models and maintain best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to advance your skills.
Support Career and Personal Development
- Engage in structured mentoring and supervision programs.
- Inspire and guide emerging professionals in the field.
Contribute to Service Improvement
- Lead or collaborate on projects to enhance clinical practice.
- Develop and deliver training materials to support ongoing excellence.
Leadership and Governance
- Contribute to practice standards and service improvement projects.
- Lead training sessions and develop materials to enhance clinical skills.
What Youll Need
Qualifications
- Relevant registration with AHPRA or SPA.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
- Drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience
- Leadership experience in paediatric OT/SP services.
- Proven track record within the NDIS sector.
