About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Director of People Analytics to join our Group Analytics function dotted line into our global HR function. This role will drive data-informed decision-making across workforce planning organizational design and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday and advanced analytics tools to transform complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
This role is a Hybrid position based out of Warren NJ.
Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Advance reporting and data transformation to improve Everests approach to HR management. By supporting management through reporting on metrics important to both HR and the business while driving enhancements in technology enablement and data reliability.
Support the delivery ofstrategic workforce planning headcount forecasting and capacity modeling.
Develop and maintaindashboards and scorecardsfor executive reporting including CEO-level insights.
Translate metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling to help guide decision-making regarding Everests talent and organizational practices.
Partner with HR Finance and IT to ensuredata consistency governance and integrationacross systems.
Analyze trends incompensation attrition talent flow and organizational health to inform business decisions.
Supportsuccession planning job architecture alignment andorganizational designthrough scenario modeling.
Partnering withAnaplan modelsandWorkday reportsto support real-time planning and analytics.
Enable HR teams with self-service analytics and reduce manual reporting through automation and scalable tools.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in People Analytics Workforce Planning or HR Strategy roles
Proven expertise inWorkdayandAnaplan(certifications a plus)
Strong analytical and modeling skills; experience withdata visualization tools such as Excel SQL Python R and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across HR Finance and IT
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Analytics Statistics Data Science or a related field
Knowledge Skills & Competencies:
Technical Knowledge
Deep understanding ofHRIS systems(especially Workday) andenterprise planning tools(Anaplan)
Proficiency indata modelingforecasting andscenario planning
Strong command ofdata visualization tools(Power BI Tableau) andadvanced Excel

Experience presenting to executive leadership and driving data-informed decisions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes under tight timelines.
