The annual salary for this position is within the range of $80000 to $120000 annually dependent on experience and qualifications.

You are an allocator looking for that next challenge in your career. You have a whatever it takes attitude an analytical mind and a great ability to build relationships across departments. Experience within a retail office environment will be highly regarded.
ABOUT THE ROLE
TheLoss Prevention Manageris responsible for aligning with the Global Operational Risk strategy and executing it in your assigned region(s). In this role you will lead the local implementation of this strategy working closely with partners to inspire and engage teams. Your efforts will ensure consistent repeatable operations and processes that support commercial success through loss reduction.
Through hands-on execution training and collaboration with retail leaders and store teams you will help bring our vision to life. You will assess analyze and proactively address a wide range of risks across the organization.
Additionally you will collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to develop strategies that effectively mitigate and monitor these risks.
This role is to be hybrid with 3 days in-office at our Playa Vista location and additional travel between store locations as needed.
