Job Summary:
As the Off Highway Truck Integration Engineer you will develop concepts architects and integrates new products components or technologies.
What you will do:
Researching and developing design parameters performance characteristics and technical specifications of new products and components.
Guiding the evolution of the technical design technical project planning performance analysis and development testing. Participating in supplier selection and capabilities assessment.
Monitoring exploring and testing new technologies materials and components to understand product or process improvement opportunities.
Constructing and fabricating prototype equipment; overseeing materials selection process optimization and process yield as well as reliability testing and failure analysis.
Degree Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
Top Candidates Will Have:
Experience with top-level machine configuration and motion
Design experience in one or more L5 machine systems
Familiarity with steering and/or suspension systems
Familiarity with vehicle dynamics
Familiarity with Off-Highway or Large Mining Trucks
Familiarity with Teamcenter Creo and Visview

Summary Pay Range:
$110520.00 - $165840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
