DEPARTMENT: Data Management
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator provides administrative project support to the Project Manager through scheduling recurring services training events and coordination of training materials. This position works closely with the Project Management Office and the Data Management Manager to provide optimal customer experiences.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in project initiating activities proposing improvements and identifying risks as necessary
- Schedule project meetings per project plan and/or need
- Schedule recurring services and training events
- Coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals scope and objectives
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements scope objectives and project progress
- Coordinate project deliverables including documentation training sessions & materials or other contractually required products
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-3 or more years of project management experience or related field
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- General knowledge of manufacturing business systems and/or processes (CRM ERP PDM PLM and CAD)
- Demonstrate elementary level of proficiency in Project Management (PM)
- Pursues on-going PM knowledge from within the company
- Confidence in taking full responsibility for assigned projects
- Focus is on supporting the companies project managers
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Pro-active/self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
