Estate Agency Sales Manager & Valuer - Goole - 40000pa 60000pa Uncapped OTE Pool Car
We now seek an experienced and dynamic Estate Agency Sales Manager & Valuer to lead the sales function at this impressive independent Estate Agency in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Already one of the leading Agents in the area this role is designed specifically to take the business to new heights and represents an exciting challenge for any experienced Estate Agent currently operating in the area.
The Reward
- Up to 40000pa Depending on Experience
- Highly Competitive Commission Structure with an Uncapped OTE of 60000pa
- Access to a Pool Car
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an Expectation to Attend Weekend Appointments when Necessary
The Role
- Build on the already impressive success that the sales team currently enjoys
- Value and instruct to market a wide range of residential properties at all price points
- Lead and grow the sales function within the business
The Person
- An experienced Estate Agent with a strong track record
- Demonstrable valuation conversion rates
- Have the drive and enthusiasm to push the business to achieve its goals
- A great communicator at all levels
- Hold a full UK driving license
