Job Description
Role Summary
As a Senior Compliance Data Analyst at Payoneer you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance and Financial Crime (FinCrime) teams with data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You will act as a strong data partner working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization.
What Youll Do
- Provide insights to stakeholders such as Screening AML and Fraud teams to support data-driven compliance decisions.
- Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively.
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.
- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible consistent and accurate.
- Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller actionable tasks.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Risk and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems.
Who You Are
- You have 35 years of experience in data analysis preferably within compliance fintech financial services or risk.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
