Job Description

Role Summary
As a Senior Compliance Data Analyst at Payoneer you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance and Financial Crime (FinCrime) teams with data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You will act as a strong data partner working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization.
What Youll Do
  • Provide insights to stakeholders such as Screening AML and Fraud teams to support data-driven compliance decisions.
  • Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible consistent and accurate.
  • Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller actionable tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Risk and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems.
Who You Are
  • You have 35 years of experience in data analysis preferably within compliance fintech financial services or risk.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
