Make a difference with Burdekin
Were seeking a Youth Services Manager to lead our expanding Youth Services programs. Youll provide strategic direction oversee service delivery support and develop your team and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance youth outcomes across Northern Sydney and the Inner West.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supervising a team of Youth Housing Coordinators and support staff
Managing the delivery of outreach and housing programs across multiple regions
Expanding services in the Inner West and strengthening partnerships with community and government organisations
Ensuring compliance with funding legal and accreditation standards
Driving innovation continuous improvement and trauma-informed best practice
Representing Burdekin at interagency meetings policy forums and peak bodies

You are a confident leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment. You bring a deep understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable young people and a commitment to creating meaningful change through collaborative trauma-informed approaches.
