The Opportunity
The Manager Customer and Funds Sustainability will drive measurable commercial value for Dexus by leading sustainability initiatives across funds management and customer offerings. Reporting to the General Manager Social Customer & Funds Sustainability this role will elevate sustainability outcomes and financial benefits for Dexus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate the Dexus sustainability strategy for funds and unlisted investors.
- Implement a tiered service model for funds.
- Lead funds-based reporting and complete the GRESB Real Estate Assessment annually.
- Support sustainability engagement and communications for funds.
- Develop and deliver communications for investors and the property industry.
- Create and deliver sustainability offerings aligned with customer needs.
- Build and manage partnerships with sustainability organisations.

You are passionate about sustainability and possess a strong empathetic nature balanced with a practical business-minded approach. As a people person you can influence outcomes and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in sustainability engineering science communications or similar.
Experience:
- Strong understanding and experience in developing and delivering sustainability and investor/customer engagement strategies.
- Experience leading and influencing sustainability change programmes at scale.
- Proven ability to leverage sustainability outcomes to improve investor and customer attraction engagement and retention.
- Understanding of Funds Management and investor needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
