Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and motivated certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at our new acquired senior care community in Markesan WI. Were offering both full-time and PRN opportunities perfect for professionals who value flexibility and meaningful work in a supportive therapist-owned organization.

As a COTA with Greenfield youll play an essential role in delivering hands-on care that empowers residents to reach their goals in daily living mobility and overall function. Youll work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist and in collaboration with a team that values your input and commitment.

COTA responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy treatments as directed by a licensed occupational therapist

  • Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Encourage functional independence through therapeutic interventions

  • Monitor and document residents progress toward goals

  • Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use

  • Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care

  • Support residents with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
