What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

  • Develop and lead/co-lead complex projects managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring high-quality unit demand plans for assigned business units.
  • Craft and execute mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks addressing capacity issues and making production location decisions to support business growth.
  • Manage tasks such as forecasting planning key events and new product launches while enhancing the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Incorporate network changes into the operating plan facilitate multiple planning process improvements and report high-level project status.
  • Drive market transformation initiatives to enhance the maturity of supply chain planning and logistics delivery capabilities and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Escalate supply issues to relevant regional or global supply teams provide guidance on modeling supply chain business scenarios and identify opportunities for inventory reductions.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale strategic projects
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry particularly in plant operations planning and scheduling
  • Solid grasp of supply chain concepts
  • Knowledge of industry-standard operating procedures and policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organization


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and presentation skills ability to interact with diverse and complex audiences
  • Ability to interpret/ analyze data draw meaningful conclusions and influence key stakeholders by presenting comprehensive solutions and recommendations.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to travel mainly within Americas region but some global 10%-25%


Work Location Assignment:Hybrid

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
