DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
Assists the Arcade Supervisor in the daily operation of the Arcade ensuring a fun-filled exciting and entertaining environment where the delivery and execution of our excellent service is paramount.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides work direction to Arcade Attendants in the delivery of excellent guest service using our skills and personalized guest service.
- Trains counsels and coaches Arcade Attendants in the performance of job responsibilities.
- Assists in scheduling to provide maximum efficiency in excellent service delivery.
- Downloads scanner data to database and assists the preparation and evaluation of performance reports.
- Assists in ordering merchandise and accounts for all supplies including tickets.
- Maintains the clean and safe appearance of the Arcade and surrounding areas upholding Caesars Entertainment standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
- Literate and fluent in English
- Excellent guest service skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of arcade machines/games
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a courteous and professional manner.
- Good math skills
- Courteous attitude
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
- Adheres to all regulatory company and department policies and procedures
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of Family Fun Center arcade equipment and daily operation
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Mobility and dexterity to bend crouch turn and reach overhead.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
- Mobility to navigate the Arcade area
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time in connection with their duties and may be subject to the same environment.
