The position can be filled in full or part time.
Summary
For the Area Electroplating / Surface Coating we are looking for a Specialist Electroplating / Surface Coating (f/m/d) at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The PCB production as part of the HENSOLDT production is specialized for the production of high frequency and multilayer PCBs which are assembled and tested in further production steps in the electronics production.
Your Tasks
Durchfhrung aller nachemischer Arbeiten zur Herstellung von Multilayern inklusive Innenlagenproduktion und Mikrowellensubstraten
Selbstndige Bedienung der Metallisierungsanlage mit Bestcken Einrichtung der einzelnen Warentrger und Sicherstellung des strungsfreien Betriebs
Oberflchenbeschichtung von Laminaten (chem. NiAu galv. Au galv. Ni und HAL (PbSn - Oberflche))
Prfung der durchgefhrten Arbeiten gem den Vorgaben der IPC 6010 / IPC A 600 beziehungsweise den internen Fertigungsvorschriften
Bestimmung von tzabtrag und Vermessung von getzten Strukturen mittels Mikroskop
Bewertung von Aufflligkeiten sowie Einleitung von Manahmen zur Fehlervermeidung
Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen und Bder sowie die berwachung
Analytische Kontrolle der chemischen und elektrolytischen Bder inklusive Berechnung der Nachdosierungen
Durchfhrung von Reinigungsintervallen (zum Beispiel ausbeizen) und Neuanstzen
Bedienung der Neutralisationsanlage
Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht und gelegentliches Arbeiten am Samstag wird vorausgesetzt.
Your Profile
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Facharbeiter*in Galvanik Oberflchenbeschichtung oder vergleichbar
Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Leiterplattenfertigung insbesondere Galvanik / Nassbereich vorteilhaft
Sicherer und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
Selbstndige sorgfltige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Team- und Kommunikationsfhigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
