The Productions Assistant provides support to CSIs Productions team by providing technical assistance for student activities and events at the multiple Conestoga College campuses and satellite campuses. This position reports directly to the Productions Specialist. In carrying out the duties of this position a great deal of responsibility is exercised with final overview by the Productions Specialist. It is also important that the Productions Assistant works extremely closely with the Events team to ensure that they are up to date on the basic overall production efforts for CSIs events.

Physical Demands
This position spends long hours standing and walking for event preparation and execution. Lifting of supplies and materials up to 30lbs will also be required from time to time.
Environmental Conditions
This position performs work primarily in busy open areas. Travel between campuses and other locations is required as needed. Some work may be required after office hours and on weekends.
Sensory Demands
This position may at times be subject to loud noises and bright lights while working at events.
Mental Demands
This position is expected to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines which can cause significant stress. The incumbent also deals with a wide variety of people on various issues.
