Our client a regarded Calgary-based organization is seeking a Collections Representative to join their busy team.

This role involves managing a designated portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining account health and driving timely resolution of outstanding items through regular outbound and inbound communication. Key responsibilities include account oversight risk mitigation relationship management and performance against measurable targets.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in high-volume account follow-up is adept at balancing relationship building with assertive collection efforts and thrives in a performance driven setting. Comfort with phone-based interaction and previous work in structured credit or receivables environments is important. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

This position is best suited for someone who is results-oriented resilient in conversation-based roles and can work independently to meet specific monthly objectives. Familiarity with credit and collections systems and comfort navigating an ERP platform are beneficial.
