Summary of Position: The CheerAthletics Pro Shop Manager - Plano is responsiblefor providing the Best of the Best shopping experience for Cheer Athletics proshop guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides guests with Rebel Levelproduct education and support throughout the buying process
- Creates excitement and FUN with allguests through interaction on the retail floor through the checkout process
- Responsible for opening and closingduties including daily sales reports and merchandise management
- Receives/processes merchandise:unpacking counting tagging as required folding sizing and placing on thefloor with backstock carefully stored in designated areas
- Stock shelves counters or tables with merchandise
- Answers phone inquiries and emails asneeded
- Utilizes the checkout systemprocesses payments refunds and exchanges
- Unpacks/Packs boxes for inventory asrequired
- Keep record of salesprepare inventory of stock and order merchandise
- Keep the pro-shop clean and orderly
- Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise oncounters or tables to promote sales
- Opportunity to work pop up shops and other sales events
Qualifications:
- Retail sales serviceexperience a plus
- Excellent communication andorganizational skills
- Must be able to work Monday Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Knowledge of All Star Cheerleading and/or CheerAthletics is a plus
Working Conditions: This job operates in a retail business position is very active and requires standing walking bending kneelingstooping crouching crawling and climbing all day. Must frequently lift and/ormove items that weigh more than 20 pounds.
