Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical hydraulic and electrical components to diagnose and resolve issues accurately.
  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair maintain and upgrade.
  • Perform both major and minor engine drive train and electrical repairs up to and including complete overhauls.
  • Repair or replace broken parts and resolve any issues.
  • Keep accurate logs on all work performed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • Produce quality work that demonstrates pride of workmanship.
  • Maintain your assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
  • Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.
  • Perform other related or similar duties as required.
  • Maintain all safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
The person in this position should at least meet the following:

  • Pre-Delivery Inspection
  • Must have a valid TWIC badge (required)
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and electronic components of vehicles
  • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
  • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment including lifts.
  • Must be able to adapt to new methods processes material and equipment.
  • Must be responsible reliable and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be self-motivated and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to work within and be actively engaged and involved in a team environment.
