Demonstrated ability of an integrated appreciative career and assessment approach to deliver career development and academic assessment services. Ability to research current trends in student retention and student development theory Student career development theory and the ability to implement such skills/goals throughout the college. Proven ability to provide pre-advising careers assessments ( both career and academic) information regarding support services pre-enrollment programs on-going learning assistance and technology support.

Start Date: This position supports the Enrollment and Retention Department and is available to start immediately.
Hours: Up 19 hours weekly in-person primarily based out of the Downtown Campus. Work is conducted during scheduled course hours Monday - Friday. Hours vary based on departmental needs. Employees will conduct all work hours in the State of Wisconsin performing work outside the state is strictly prohibited.
Salary: Salary is determined by years of experience credit and internal salary equity. Salary determination will be only based on years of credited experience that is listed on thejob application please include complete work history.
