Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our team atCycleBar Southwest Plaza Littleton As a Lead Sales Associate you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 16-20 hour part-time with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our members and contribute to the success of our studio.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing procedures scheduling and staff management
- Drive membership sales through community outreach lead generation and membership promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service to members ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Manage payroll expenses and budget for the studio
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members
- Assist with staff recruitment onboarding and training
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members
- Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required
Requirements: A Minimum of 2 Sales experience preferably in fitness and membership model. Must have documented sales numbers. A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.
- Passion for fitness and wellness industry
- Strong leadership organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio
- CPR and AED certification preferred (training available)
