The Quality Engineer leads key quality initiatives that support design excellence continuous improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration. This is a great fit for someone with a technical background who wants to influence how teams work help solve persistent challenges and elevate the quality of our engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the companys design and quality metrics program using data to identify trends and drive improvement.
- Own the Lessons Learned process including platform design content documentation and company-wide reporting.
- Identify promote and scale best practices in design tools (AutoCAD Fusion etc.) and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional improvement teams prioritizing initiatives based on business unit needs.
- Serve as a technical quality evaluator for internal and external audits.
- Support development and monitoring of quality plans tied to high-impact initiatives.
- Act as a consultative resource to design teams for issue investigation training and quality-related guidance.
