The person in this role will be responsible for answering a heavy volume of telephone calls. This position requires assisting both Members and Hearing Care Professionals with a wide variety of questions and offering solutions. The ideal candidate must have very strong oral communication skills. Additional skills required include a professional demeanor strong problem-solving skills quick learner and complete follow through on requests.
