Scope:

- Direct client-facing technical support
- Involvement in automation and development projects

Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2-3 IT support services for managed service clients
- Work with Microsoft-based technologies including Azure Office 365 and Intune
- Develop and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations
- Handle complex technical issues that require senior-level expertise
- Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery
Requirements
- 5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure Office 365 Intune)
- Experience with automation and integration development
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
- Level 2-3 technical support capabilities
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
