Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our commercial insurance accounts through exceptional customer service and effective relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of additional insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
- Prepare and present reports on account status growth opportunities and client feedback
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and customer relationship management tools
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70k-$90k (based on experience)
