Working out of the Iver depot and in the field you will lead and optimise the operations of our Treatment and Logistics division. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations regulatory compliance and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
As the Head of Treatment and Logistics you will have a strong background in operational management supply chain and logistics with a proven ability to enhance efficiency develop teams and implement best practices. This leadership role requires excellent problem-solving decision-making and strategic planning skills along with a proactive approach to driving business growth and operational excellence.
Position: Head of Treatment and Logistics
Location:based out of Iver Depot (Colnbrook Berkshire) plus travel around our network covering Greater London Thames Valley and Home Counties North and South
Job Type: Permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week plus Senior Leadership Team on-call rota
Salary: Competitive depending upon experience (plus car allowance or company car)

About You:
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal negotiation relationship building networking skills and communication is crucial to the role as is having a professional demeanour to engage with all stakeholders being data and results-driven with a strategic approach to decision-making. A strong eye for budgeting and forecasting with operational expertise is vital. People management and Senior Leadership experience is crucial including the management of and building teams. Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail is imperative. Adaptability flexibility and resilience is key.
