Are you a workshop supervisor ready to take the next step in your career Do you have a passion for craftsmanship leadership and mentoring others
Were working exclusively with a prestigious high-end joinery manufacturer who are looking for a Joinery Team Leader to guide support and inspire their workshop team.
The Role:
Lead a team of bench joiners producing bespoke high-end residential and commercial joinery
Be the go-to person for technical advice workflow planning and quality assurance
Mentor and develop junior joiners passing on your skills and setting the standard
Work closely with production and design teams to ensure smooth handovers from CAD to shop floor
Maintain a safe clean and well-organised working environment
What Were Looking For:
A time-served bench joiner with solid experience in bespoke and architectural joinery
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a joinery environment
Strong technical knowledge of materials joints finishes and assembly methods
Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists
A supportive team-first attitude with a natural ability to mentor others
