Job Description
We are seeking for
In our Program Services team you will work at the intersection of faculty the Dean of Programs and other study-facing departments like Student Services Admissions and the Library. Your focus will be on the organization further development and quality assurance of our study programs.
Full-time (40 hours/week) part-time may be possible Start Date: September 1 2025 Initial 2-year contract with option for permanent employment Up to 50% remote work possible
Your Responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate ourstudyprograms - in closecollaborationwithinternalfacultyexternal guest lecturers and students.
- Youorganize and implement thecurriculum: fromscheduling and course planningto room bookings.
- Youcontribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our programs and curricula.
- You advise students on study-related issuesfor exampleatour cross-departmentalStudent Info Point.
- You support the organization and administration ofexamsand issue study certificates.
- Youmaintainand updatecontent inourcampus management system andMoodle.
- You prepare data for internalreportingand statistical purposes.
- Youcontribute ideas and content for themarketingof ourprograms -such asfor websitesandbrochures.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree
- Initial experience working in a higher education setting or a comparable environment
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate newtopicswith confidence
- Strongorganizational skillsself-initiativeand team spirit
- Excellentcommunication skills service orientation anda passionforcollaborative work
- Very goodcommandof German and English (native levelnot)
- Confidentuse ofMSOffice; experiencewith campus or learning management systemsis a plus
- Affinity for numbers;databaseskills are a bonus
- Intercultural competence andenthusiasmfor workinginaninternationalenvironment
