Guardteck Security is looking for Casual / On-Call Security guards in Penticton.
We are hiring for Mobile and Patrol Officers.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with all security operations
- Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Communicate with the operations manager
- Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property
- Become part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customers success
Skills and Qualifications that you need to have:
- Valid BC security license
- Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract (for mobile positions only)
- 1 year or more experience in mobile security (for mobile positions only)
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
- Top-notch customer service with previous experience considered a strong asset
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined honest and ethical manner
- Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively
- Strong observation and communication skills
- First Aid Level 1 is a strong asset but not mandatory
This is a As Needed position1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift.
