National CineMedia is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to enhance our sales team. In this role you will focus on cultivating and managing local client relationships driving revenue growth and providing tailored advertising solutions for your assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning National CineMedias offerings accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base in your designated territory.
  • Collaborate with the VP and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities while staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches that highlight the value of National CineMedias services.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales budgets by promoting and qualifying NCMs full line of in-cinema digital OOH and integrated data-driven solutions/platforms
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales media sales or a similar sales role.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and for Sales Meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 5 years of experience in local sales preferably advertising and/or digital.
  • Proven record of successful lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication presentation and people skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends.

Experience and Training:

Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

Experience: 5-7 years in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

Education: College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work Conditions:

This job operates in an home office environment and requires a minimum of 80% local client meetings (face and/or video conference) in designated area/s. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop phone printer scanner etc.

Physical Conditions:

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting for prolonged periods of time etc.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $100000 annually plus bonus and commission - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
