Job Description

Overview

This position is a temporary 5 week position to assist in cleaning purchasing data for migration into a new system. This temporary employee will work directly with current purchasing personnel to close out open issues and verify status of current orders for proper clean migration of data. This position can be hybrid local remote only coming to the office as necessary or efficient to accomplish tasks.

Salary: $25 hr DOE

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Open Purchase Orders are Accurate
  • Resolve Inaccurate Lines
  • Work with site personnel to document changes properly
  • Sort through papers to find proper documentation

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel with MS Teams experience
  • Experience in Microsoft DAX
  • Some understanding of a generic corporate purchasing workflow
  • Ability to work independently
