Location: San Antonio Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $2500$7500/month

Youll be the face of our solar movementmeeting homeowners creating energy awareness and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. If youre a great communicator thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the idea of making a difference and making money this is the job for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage with homeowners in person to educate them on solar energy options
Qualify potential customers and schedule consultations for our sales experts
Represent TriSMART Solar in local neighborhoods with professionalism and positivity
Maintain activity records and performance metrics in our CRM
Collaborate with team leaders to refine techniques and crush goals
Stay informed about industry trends to confidently answer questions and spark interest
What You Bring to the Team:
High energy great attitude and a go-getter mentality
Confidence to speak with anyone and build instant rapport
Reliable self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to learn solar basics (well teach you everything you need to know)
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
Compensation and Perks:
1099 contractor position with uncapped earning potential
Monthly earnings between $2500$7500 depending on performance
Commission bonuses (monthly quarterly performance-based)
Professional training and hands-on coaching
