Job Description

My client is a distinguished AV-rated law firm with offices in San Antonio Newport Beach and San Diego. They represent international and closely held businesses across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel for businesses
  • Draft employee handbooks employment agreements and compensation structures
  • Advise businesses on EEOC compliance
  • Manage employment law caseload from inception through resolution including discovery hearings mediation ADR settlement negotiations and trial if needed
